PS AM SHARING THIS NEXT.. for when YOU see “homeless” or someone who may be in need “carry TANGELOS, ORANGES and/hard boiled eggs (eggs must have NO CRACKS as bacteria may get in)

REAL REASON WHY: They never get enough VITAMIN C and real (non carb/ no high fat) PROTEIN from most donation groups….

PLUS…GROUPS, MINISTERS…. you might magic marker a Bible verse, encouraging message plus YOUR group address, location on each piece..as an unusual INVITE…!!

SUGGESTED SERVING TO PASS OUT:

2 eggs (hey, but even one may truly help!)

1 orange (or more?)

2-3 tangelo (or if you want, more)

ALSO homeless shelters, food banks mostly give out “SUGAR based, REFINED FLOUR but not nearly enough LONG LASTING Vitamin C, plus real PROTEIN which is not encased in mostly UNHEALTHY… HIGH SUGAR… So, ask the Lord’s help and one can also, give “no carb” other types of protein…tuna with opener on it, Jerky, etc)

EXTRA TIP(S)…HOW TO HARD BOIL EGGS
1. PURCHASE…Buy a $15.00-20.00 Hard boiled egg maker online

2.BRING OUT YOUR MAMA’S FAVORITE PAN: Old Fashion Method: Place eggs in pan. Put water till it covers. Bring to a rolling boil. When this rolling boil takes place, immediately set the top over the pan. Then leave it until the water grows room temperature. THAT IS ALL! They will be then all hard boiled!!
